Colleen Gibbons serves as the Senior Program Manager for the Center for Justice Innovation, where responsibilities include leading technical assistance projects related to various treatment court models across the United States and New York State. Previous roles include Upstate Deputy Director, Associate Attorney at Bousquet Holstein PLLC, and positions as a Student Attorney in clinics focusing on tax and disability rights. Gibbons has also contributed to academia as an Adjunct Assistant Professor and as a researcher and project manager in multiple educational settings. Gibbons holds a Juris Doctor from Syracuse University College of Law, as well as a Ph.D. and M.S. in Human and Community Development from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign, and a B.S. in Exceptional Education from Buffalo State University.
