Dara Gilligan

Dara Gilligan is an experienced managerial professional in the fields of real estate and construction, currently serving as the Manager of Real Estate & Facilities Planning at the Center for Court Innovation since June 2020. Previously, Dara held project management roles at Core 4 Construction, Inc. and Reiken Construction Management, where responsibilities included analyzing project scopes, negotiating with sub-contractors, and ensuring compliance with contracts and budgets. Earlier experience includes an assistant project manager position at Yeats Contracting, focusing on large-scale project development, risk assessment, and regulatory compliance. Dara began a career in education as a teacher for a Spanish summer school, where lesson plans were implemented through E-learning.
