Gianna Irizarry

Gianna Irizarry has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Gianna started in 2017 as a Medical Social Worker at Genesis, where they worked until 2018. In 2018, they became a Caseworker for the United States Congress and transitioned to the United States Senate as a Caseworker in 2019. Later in 2019, they joined Merakey as a Children's Outpatient Therapist. In 2020, they worked as an MST-PREV Therapist at The New York Foundling. In 2021, they became a Therapist at Brooklyn Counseling Services. Currently, they hold the position of Senior Youth Social Worker at the Center for Justice Innovation, where they have been employed since 2021 and is now the Associate Director of Program Operations.

Gianna Irizarry obtained a Master's degree in Social Work from Rutgers University between 2017 and 2019. Prior to that, they completed their Bachelor's degree in Anthropology & Public Health from Temple University from 2012 to 2016.
