Juana Guzman

Juana Guzman is a Case Manager at the Center for Court Innovation since January 2020, with a background in community service and legal support. Juana has served as a Community Service Officer at Rutgers University - Newark since July 2017 and previously worked as a Student Assistant for the City of Jersey City from February 2019 to January 2020. Additional experience includes a Juvenile Department Summer Internship at the New Jersey Office of the Public Defender in 2019 and an Alternative Sanctions Internship at the Center for Court Innovation in 2018. Juana started at Rutgers University - Newark as an Office Assistant in the Arts Culture Media Department from September 2016 to April 2017. Juana holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Criminal Justice, Psychology, and Youth Development and Justice from Rutgers University - Newark, awarded in 2020, and completed a high school diploma at William L. Dickinson High School in 2016.
