Lenore Lebron has a diverse work experience in the field of data analytics and applied research. Lenore started their career at the Phoenix Police Department in 2004, where they held positions such as Statistical Research Specialist, Criminal Intelligence Analyst/Coding Supervisor, and Crime Analyst Supervisor. In 2011, they joined the Center for Justice Innovation, initially as a Senior Research Associate and later progressed to roles such as Associate Director of Research, Director of Data Analytics and Applied Research, and currently holds the position of Senior Director Data Analytics and Applied Research.

Lenore Lebron completed their Bachelor's of Science degree in Justice Studies with Summa Cum Laude honors at Arizona State University in 2003. Lenore then pursued a Master of Arts degree in Criminal Justice at the same university, concluding their studies in 2009.
