Jessica Prater, PHR, ACC, is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in team development and leadership training. As the Principal Consultant for J. Prater Consulting since May 2016, Jessica supports organizations in growth and change initiatives while enhancing team performance. Simultaneously, as a Trainer Partner with The Center for Leadership Studies since December 2017, Jessica facilitates training programs, including Situational Leadership®, for clients across North America. Additionally, an Adjunct Professor at Middle Tennessee State University since January 2018, Jessica instructs social psychology courses online. Previous roles at Bridgestone included Training Specialist III and HR Generalist, where Jessica focused on training, development, and performance. Jessica holds a Master's degree in Industrial/Organizational Psychology and a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Middle Tennessee State University and Freed-Hardeman University, respectively.
