Kathryn Steen, M.Ed., CMQ-OE is a Lead Auditor for ISO 9001:2008 Quality Management System and ISO 14001:2004 Environmental Management System. Kathryn is also a Certified Instructor for Situational Leadership at the Center for Leadership Studies. In addition, Kathryn has experience in radio broadcasting, management systems consulting, and serving as a judge for the ASQ International Team Excellence Awards. Kathryn holds a Master's degree in Educational Psychology from Mississippi State University.
