Lindsey Hildebrand Wegman

Lindsey Hildebrand Wegman is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in account management and consulting. Currently serving as a Senior Account Executive at The Center for Leadership Studies since November 2022, Lindsey previously worked at 15Five as an Enterprise, Employee Engagement Consultant from July 2019 to August 2022, where engagement survey data was presented and strategic solutions were advised to C-Suite and HR leaders. Before that, Lindsey held the position of Client Partner at FranklinCovey from September 2005 to July 2019, consistently exceeding sales goals, and held multiple goal-attaining roles as an Associate Client Partner. Earlier experience includes serving as a Training Coordinator at Autobase, Inc. from 2002 to 2004. Lindsey earned a Bachelor of Arts in Organizational Communication from Miami University, with previous education at Carmel High School.
