Sharon Andrews

Sharon Andrews has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. Sharon is currently employed at The Center for Leadership Studies, where they have held various positions, including Vice President of Strategic Solutions and Senior Director of Strategic Solutions. Prior to this, they worked at Brainfire Creative as a Managing Partner. Sharon also has experience at The Wendy's Company as a Sr. Specialist - Training Programs and as a Manager, Enterprise Learning & Development. In addition, they worked at Prison Fellowship as a Field Director, where they built and maintained relationships with state prisons and managed teams of volunteers. Earlier in their career, Sharon served as the Manager of Training Facilitation Western Division at FedEx Office and as a Retail Customer Service Representative at The Scotts Miracle-Gro Company.

Sharon Andrews completed their Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree with a specialization in Human Resource Management at Midway University from 2021 to 2022. Prior to this, they obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Organizational Leadership and Biblical Studies from Cincinnati Christian University in 2014. Sharon also holds an AA degree in Theology from the same university, which they completed in 1998. Sharon's high school education was obtained at Smithtown High School, but no specific degree or field of study is mentioned.
