Trish Armstrong has over 16 years of experience in content and quality management, currently serving as the Senior Quality and Content Specialist and Copyeditor at The Center for Leadership Studies since April 2007. Prior to this role, Trish worked as a Technical Writer in the ISD division of the MIS department at SAS from May 1997 to December 2006. Trish holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in English and Communications from East Carolina University, obtained between 1992 and 1996.
