Katelyn Gagnon has extensive experience in case management and program oversight in the mental health and family support sectors. Currently serving as an Adult Targeted Case Manager at the Center for Life Management since February 2021, Katelyn provides critical support to individuals with severe mental illnesses within a comprehensive team dedicated to overall wellness goals. Previously, Katelyn held multiple key roles at Families in Transition from February 2013 to January 2021, including Program Manager of Family Shelters, where oversight of emergency housing programming and support staff was a primary responsibility. Katelyn's earlier experience includes various positions at Child and Family Services and the Goffstown Family YMCA, reinforcing a strong foundation in family advocacy and support services. Katelyn holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from Keene State College.

CLM provides a comprehensive complement of mental health and substance use services, psychiatric treatment, acute care, medication services, emergency intervention, and family support services for adults, children, adolescents and families. In addition, we work closely with a variety of regional health and human service providers to ensure that your mental health care is comprehensive, integrated and community-based.
