Sandra Norton

Sandra Norton is currently the Director of Child, Adolescent & Family Clinical Services at the Center for Life Management. Prior to this, they were the National Manager of People & Capability / Learning & Development at Visionstream Pty Limited from July 2011 to December 2012.

Sandra has been working in the field of Human Resources since 1995 and has held various positions during that time. In their most recent position at Visionstream, they were responsible for providing strategic HR advice to Project Directors/Managers/Team Leaders, coordinating the Performance Development and Review process, and liaising with RTOs for the provision of Telecommunications Training needs.

Sandra is a highly experienced HR professional with a proven track record in successfully developing and implementing people & capability initiatives across a wide range of organisations. Sandra is an expert in Oracle Learning Management and has successfully rolled out this system across a large Telco Division, ensuring compliance and managing training records effectively.

Their manager is Vic Topo, President & CEO. They work with Patrick Ulmen - VP, Chief Information Officer, Laurie Ota - Director, Marketing & Community Relations, and Kenneth Brown - Medical Director.
