Pamela B. Sah has a range of work experience in various organizations.

Pamela B. is currently working at the Center for NYC Neighborhoods as the Chief Program Officer, a role they started in March 2022.

Prior to this, they were the First Deputy Inspector General at the Office of the Inspector General for the New York City Housing Authority. In this role, they were second in command and focused on operations, administrative problem-solving, and team leadership. Pamela B. managed and led investigations on systemic problems at NYCHA and published reports and recommendations on critical issues affecting public housing residents. Their tenure in this position lasted from August 2014 to February 2022.

Before joining the Office of the Inspector General, Pamela served as the President of the Arts & Letters Parents’ Association from 2012 to 2014.

Pamela B. also worked as the Legal Director at the Fair Housing Justice Center from 2006 to 2007, and as a Staff Attorney for the Foreclosure Prevention Project at South Brooklyn Legal Services from 2000 to 2005.

In addition, Pamela has experience as a Federal Law Clerk for U.S. District Judge William H. Walls at the U.S. District Courts from 1999 to 2000.

Pamela B. Sah received a J.D. degree from New York University School of Law in 1998. Prior to that, they completed their undergraduate studies at the University of California, Berkeley, earning a B.A. in History in 1993.
