Elizabeth "Beth" J. Korinek, MPH, has served as the Chief Executive Officer at CPEP since January 1993. Prior to this role, Korinek held positions such as Assistant Director of the Predoctoral Program in the UCHSC Department of Family Medicine and Coordinator at the Commission on Family Medicine, both from 1991 to 1993. Earlier experience includes serving as Assistant Project Coordinator at the Mountain States AIDS Education and Training Center and working as a Recruitment Representative and Volunteer with the Peace Corps from 1982 to 1987. Korinek earned a Master of Public Health degree in International Maternal and Child Health from the UCLA Fielding School of Public Health between 1987 and 1989.
