Tom Fagan

Tom Fagan is a Fire Chief at the City of Marion, Iowa. Prior to this role, Tom served as Fire Division Chief of Administration at the City of Lawrence, KS, and held various positions at the City of Lee's Summit. Tom is also a Commission on Fire Accreditation International (CFAI) Peer Assessor at the Center for Public Safety Excellence. Tom holds a Master of Science in Management, Strategy, and Leadership from Michigan State University and has a background in Human Resources, fire science, and public management.
