Ashlea Frazier currently serves as the Chief Operating Officer at the Center for Renewing America since January 2021. Prior to this role, Ashlea held positions as Chief of Staff and Deputy Chief of Staff at the Office of Management and Budget from May 2019 to January 2021. Ashlea also served as Director of Programs at Hillsdale College from June 2013 to May 2019, and participated as a professional volunteer for the Official Proceedings at the Republican National Convention in 2016. Earlier in their career, Ashlea was a Program Manager and Executive Assistant to the Vice President of American Studies at The Heritage Foundation from 2010 to 2013. Ashlea holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Politics and Public Policy with a focus on Western Legal Studies from Liberty University, earned between 2008 and 2010.
