Timothy Thondu

Timothy Thondu is a legal professional with a focus on advancing reproductive rights and social justice across Africa. Currently serving as a Legal Advisor at the Center for Reproductive Rights since February 2023, Timothy aims to improve legal guarantees for reproductive rights globally. Previous roles include Global Legal Fellow at the same organization and Attorney at the International Justice Mission, where significant courtroom victories were achieved on behalf of child sex trafficking victims. Timothy has also contributed to business and human rights initiatives as a member of the East Africa Law Society's Business & Human Rights Committee. Educational qualifications include an Advocates Training Program from the Kenya School of Law and a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) from Kenyatta University.
