Allison Bratsch, LPC, MFTC, ACS, is an experienced mental health professional with a diverse background in counseling and organizational leadership. As the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of the Center for Resilience Strategies, started in August 2019 and currently serving the Greater Denver Area, Allison provides accessible mental health services including individual, couples, and family therapy. In addition to founding WholeMindMama in December 2022, Allison has served as a Workplace Wellness Consultant, Psychotherapist, and Approved Clinical Supervisor, offering clinical supervision for interns and post-graduate candidates. Previous roles include Early Childhood Mental Health Consultant at the Mental Health Center of Denver and Project and Research Manager at Children's Hospital Colorado, showcasing a strong commitment to supporting mental health across various age groups and settings. Educational qualifications include a Master of Arts in Counseling Psychology from the University of Colorado Denver and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from St. Cloud State University.

The Center for Resilience Strategies (CRS) is a counseling & coaching center providing accessible, affordable, and effective mental health services to the Greater Denver Area. CRS provides individual counseling for teens and adults, play therapy, couple and marital therapy, and family therapy. CRS specializes in addressing trauma, life and work stress, anxiety, depression, relationship issues, divorce, childhood disorders, parenting challenges, medical issues, and more. CRS also offers American Sign Language and Spanish-speaking services. CRS works with multiple insurance companies and offers income-based rates for services, all provided in a private practice clinic setting.
