Sarah Harty

Sarah Harty is an experienced operations leader currently serving as the Director of Operations and Practice Operations Manager at the Center for Resilience Strategies since February 2021, where responsibilities include developing standard operating procedures and creating training programs to support team growth. Previous roles include serving as a Remote Executive Assistant at Angel Touch Commercial Cleaning, managing recruitment as the People and Culture Manager at Alpine Maids, and holding various positions at Trans World Entertainment, including Office Manager and Sales Associate/Assistant Manager, where notable achievements included being recognized as Employee of the Month three times.
