Justin Carter

Justin Carter is a Senior Project Associate at the Center for Rural Affairs, focusing on developing local food systems and creating market opportunities for farmers. In the past, Justin has worked as an Assistant Herdsman at Morning Fresh Dairy Farm, a Fort Collins Coordinator at Bike Path Learning, an Insurance Coordinator at OrthoFi, a Graduate Assistant at Colorado State University, and as a Food Security Program Assistant and Environmental Action Extension Agent with the Peace Corps in Togo. Justin holds a Master of Business Administration from Colorado State University and a Bachelor's Degree in Political Science, International Studies, and Spanish from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln.
