Bryan Erb

Bryan Erb has over 20 years of work experience in the field of Information Technology. Bryan currently holds the position of Vice President of Information Technology at the Center for Social Dynamics since October 2021. Prior to that, they worked as the Director of Information Technology at the same company from February 2017 to October 2021.

Before joining the Center for Social Dynamics, Bryan worked as the Director of Information Technology Services at Disability Rights Advocates from July 2014 to February 2017. In this role, they led the IT department's infrastructure, processes, and planning, and was responsible for maintaining servers, rack equipment, and the organization's website.

From January 2014 to May 2014, Bryan worked at Vivo Inc. as a Team Lead/Sr. Deskside Support, where they recruited and directed a team of desktop technicians, provided troubleshooting support, and implemented desktop support.

Bryan held the positions of Team Lead/Senior Technical User Support Analyst and Technical User Support Analyst, where they provided troubleshooting and support for various hardware and software issues, managed on-call executive support, and coordinated Windows 7 upgrade initiatives.

Bryan also gained experience as the Business Manager/Technician at Erb Tech Computer Solutions from January 2001 to June 2005. In this role, they handled customer accounts, performed service calls, and provided hardware and software upgrades and troubleshooting.

Additionally, Bryan worked as a Help Desk Analyst at Stream International from April 2000 to May 2001, where they provided technical support and troubleshooting for hardware and software issues and specialized in Dell and Western Digital products.

Bryan Erb attended Briarcrest Christian High School from 1990 to 1994 and earned a High School Diploma. Bryan then went on to study at The University of Memphis from 2008 to 2010, focusing on Business and IT. From 2010 to 2013, Bryan pursued a Bachelor's degree in IT Management at American Military University.
