Christina Barnhart has had a variety of roles in their work experience. Christina started their career in 2012 as an Office Manager at Easterseals Bay Area, where they developed scheduling systems and managed a large office. In 2016, they joined Center for Social Dynamics as a Client Service Manager, driving revenue growth and developing a team. Christina then moved on to become the Director of Client Services, where they designed and scaled a clinician scheduling system and supervised the utilization of client authorizations. In 2020, they took on the role of Director of Talent Acquisition & Onboarding, leading all recruitment efforts and managing a high-volume team. Currently, they are working as a Senior Clinical Recruiter at the Center for Social Dynamics.
Christina Barnhart obtained a Bachelor of Applied Science (BASc) degree in Non-Profit/Public Organizational Leadership from Colorado State University Global, where they attended from 2013 to 2015. In addition to their degree, they have also obtained certifications in "Creating a Culture of Strategy Execution" and "Goal Setting for Business Impact" from LinkedIn in August 2021.
