Lauren Roxton Chibbaro

Lauren Roxton Chibbaro's work experience includes various roles at different companies. Lauren started their career as a Senior Staff Writer at Ka Leo O Hawai`i in 2013, where they stayed until 2015. From 2014 to 2016, they worked as an Undergraduate Research Assistant at the Social Psychology Lab, Dr. Elaine Hatfield. In 2017, they joined the Center for Social Dynamics as a Behavior Specialist and worked in that role until 2018. Lauren then became a Client Service Coordinator from 2018 to 2019, followed by a promotion to Client Service Manager from 2019 to 2020. In 2020, they took on the role of Senior Client Service Manager and was later promoted to Director of Client Services in 2021.

Lauren Roxton Chibbaro obtained their Bachelor's Degree in Psychology from the University of Hawaii at Manoa, where they studied from 2012 to 2016. In addition to their degree, Lauren holds various certifications, including Good Clinical Practice from the National Drug Abuse Treatment Clinical Trials Network, Registered Behavior Technician from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB), and Social and Behavioral Responsible Conduct of Research from the Collaborative Institutional Training Initiative (CITI).
