Mary Whitlock has over 20 years of work experience in various leadership roles. Mary began their career in 2001 as a Program Manager at the American Hardwood Export Council, where they managed market development in Korea and Mexico. From 2005 to 2007, they served as a Market Development Manager for India and the Middle East at the same company.

Mary was then promoted to the role of District Vice President, where they had a broader responsibility for the Southern California region and achieved significant financial growth.
