Michele Arnone

Operations Manager at Center for Social Dynamics

Michele Arnone has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and companies. Michele started their career as an Advance LA Life Skills Coach at The Help Group from October 2010 to May 2011. Michele then worked as a Clinical Aftercare Intern at OneLegacy from May 2010 to September 2012. In March 2012, they joined Easter Seals Bay Area-Autism Project as a Program Supervisor and held the position until July 2016. Michele's most recent and longest tenure was at the Center for Social Dynamics, where they held multiple roles. Michele started as a Program Supervisor in July 2016 and became a Regional Manager in September 2017. From August 2018 to March 2023, they served as the Regional Director, overseeing Clinical Director teams and managing administrative staff. Additionally, they conducted quality assurance reviews and directed intake and capacity for the East Bay region. Currently, they hold the position of Operations Manager at the Center for Social Dynamics since March 2023.

Michele Arnone received a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Asian-American Studies from San Francisco State University, where they studied from 2002 to 2008. Michele then pursued a Master of Arts (M.A.) in Clinical Psychology with an Emphasis in Marriage Family Therapy at Pepperdine University Graduate School of Education and Psychology from 2008 to 2011.
