Shrm Marsha Rivera

Marsha Rivera, M.A. SHRM-CP has extensive experience in the field of human resources and recruiting. Marsha is currently working as a Clinical Recruiter at the Center for Social Dynamics since May 2022. Prior to that, they were employed as a Human Resources Business Partner at Planned Parenthood Northern California from December 2021 to May 2022. Marsha also served as an HR Manager at Essential Behavioral Support, Inc. from March 2021 to October 2021. Before that, they worked as an Organizational Development Consultant at a private company from January 2020 to May 2020. In addition, Marsha gained valuable experience as a Corporate Recruiting Manager at Elwyn from April 2019 to January 2020, and as a Healthcare Recruiter at Anka Behavioral Health, Inc. from May 2015 to April 2019.

Marsha Rivera, M.A. SHRM-CP, holds a Master's Degree in Organizational Systems Leadership and Organizational Development from Saybrook University, which they completed in 2014. Prior to that, they obtained their Bachelor's Degree in Psychology from Northwest University in 2012. In terms of additional certifications, Marsha Rivera has completed the Foundations of Project Management course offered by Coursera | Google, earning the certification in August 2021. Marsha also holds the SHRM - Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) certification, which they obtained from SHRM in February 2019.
