Eve Cohen

Vice President at Center for Spectrum Services

Eve is the grandmother of her precious Sydney who was diagnosed at two with autism. As a result she has become very interested in learning about and becoming involved in all aspects of the condition. She heard about Center for Spectrum Services through Susan Buckler, whom she met at an event in Woodstock. Eve wanted to know a great deal about the school, its programs and goals, and believed it to be a wonderful place. When, in 2016, Susan and Jamie asked her to join the Board Eve was very pleased to become part of the organization.

Eve was president and founder of Aster Search Group, an executive search firm in New York City specializing in healthcare. She founded the firm in 1993 conducted search assignments for hospitals, managed care companies, healthcare agencies and long term care facilities throughout the New York metropolitan area until her retirement in 2014. Prior to Aster Search Group, Eve was Managing Director at two firms where she launched their healthcare search practice.

Eve holds a Bachelor of Arts in Social Studies from Syracuse University and a Masters Degree in Social Studies from Columbia University.

Being on the board of Spectrum Services has been an opportunity for her to learn and contribute. She hopes that her human resources experience and her marketing background can continue to contribute to the continuing success of the organization.
