Melissa Jackson

Melissa Jackson is Director, Contracts & Compliance at CSS. In collaboration with administrative staff and senior leadership, she supports the Finance Department in contract and grant compliance by coordinating, monitoring, and evaluating fiscal and operating requirements of government and foundation contracts. Melissa comes to CSS with extensive grant management experience working in both non-profit and educational settings. Prior to her grant administrative positions, Melissa served as a school counselor working with both middle and high school students. She holds a master’s degree in counselor education from Indiana University and a bachelor’s degree in family social services with a minor in psychology from Northern Illinois University.
