Boyang Sa

Boyang Sa, PhD, is a Senior Data Scientist at the Center for Sustainable Energy, where they developed CaretEVI and CaretEV software for electric vehicle charging optimization and design of EV incentives. Previously, they taught Urban Planning and GIS courses at the University of Washington and worked as a Research and Teaching Assistant at Cornell University. With a PhD in Urban Planning and Design, they have a strong academic background in geography and regional planning.
