John Jack currently serves as Operations Manager at SmartRoute Express Inc. since March 2024 and has held the position of Lead Driver at Excel Delivery Inc. since November 2017, where responsibilities include customer service and training new employees. Prior experience includes a supervisory role at SecurAmerica for a short duration in late 2017 and various positions in the United States Army from February 2013 to March 2017, including Patriot Missile Team Leader, Operator/Maintainer, Digital Training Manager, and Force Protection Guard. John Jack earned an Associate of Arts degree in Audio from SAE Institute North America in 2018 and completed the U.S Army Digital Training Management Systems Course and U.S Army Air Defense Artillery School in 2014 and 2013, respectively.
