Josh S.

Josh S. has a diverse work experience spanning several companies and roles. Josh began their career as a Summer Associate at Ashoka in 2011, where they researched communication strategies, wrote newsletters, and managed contacts. Josh then worked as an Editor for the "Solutions Set" column at Dowser.org, where they highlighted solutions journalism and contributed to visioning conversations. Josh joined Interfaith Youth Core in 2014 as an Institutional Advancement Associate, eventually becoming a Manager. In this role, they introduced prospective supporters to IFYC's work, designed storytelling campaigns, managed a team, and oversaw operations. In 2018, Josh co-founded Progress Post, a civic postcard company that paired artist-designed postcards with advocacy tip sheets. Finally, in 2019, they joined the Center for Tech and Civic Life as a Senior Associate, later becoming a Program Manager and then a Senior Program Manager.

Josh S. attended Denison University from 2010 to 2014, where they obtained their Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Education.
