Ilyse R. Opas is currently the Professional Learning Lead at the Center for the Collaborative Classroom. Prior to that, they were the Founding Principal at IRO Educational Consulting and a Certified Yoga and Social-Emotional Learning Instructor at Breathe For Change. They are also the Co-Founder of KindMind Educator Support on Facebook. Ilyse has a Master of Arts in Early Childhood Education from Mills College and a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology from the University of Florida. With a background in elementary education, intervention coordination, and social-emotional learning coaching, Ilyse brings a wealth of experience to their current role.
