Marnie Masuda-Cleveland

Marnie Masuda-Cleveland serves as the Executive Director at The Creative Core, LLC, where an innovative team designs student-centered, Common Core aligned K-12 curricula and facilitates transformative professional development workshops. Concurrently, Marnie holds the position of Literacy Specialist at the Center for the Collaborative Classroom, a nonprofit organization focused on enhancing teacher learning and supporting children's development. In previous roles, Marnie acted as a Content Specialist and Hawaii Representative for Heinemann Publishing, and as Director of the National Writing Project, where Marnie advanced student-centered writing practices across Hawaii. Marnie's academic credentials include a Master’s degree in English from UC Irvine and a Bachelor’s degree from UCLA, along with a California Teaching Credential.
