Merilee Smith

Merilee Smith, CPC, ELI-MP, and 3VQ Trainer serves as the Chief Spark Officer and Mindset Development Speaker at Spark with Merilee since May 2020, focusing on elevating individual and organizational consciousness. As Co-Chair of The Center for The Empowerment Dynamic Community of Practice, Merilee facilitates community engagement and strategic planning for certified trainers. Additionally, Merilee leads the WPO Pittsburgh Chapter, connecting women business leaders for growth and collaboration. Previous roles include culture transformation coaching, instructional design, and development consulting, along with management experience at The Walt Disney Company. Merilee holds a Master's degree in Professional Leadership/Training & Development from Carlow University and a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from the University of Pittsburgh-Johnstown.
