Shannon R. has an extensive background in research, evaluation, and program management within various educational and government institutions. With a Ph.D. in Sociology, Shannon has taught at multiple colleges and universities, specializing in Sociology and Criminology courses. Shannon's experience includes roles such as Director, Research Manager, Programs Administrator, and Senior Researcher, where duties ranged from grant writing to strategic planning. Currently working as a Measurement, Evaluation, and Learning Manager at the Center for Transforming Lives, Shannon continues to excel in data analysis, strategic planning, and business process improvement.
