Jackson Danis is an Engineering Consultant at the Center for Transportation and the Environment since July 2022, overseeing technical analysis for zero-emission transportation projects, particularly in bus deployments, while managing a team of three engineering associates and serving as program manager for CTE's scope under the Federal Transit Administration's Transit Vehicle Innovation and Deployment Centers. Previously, Jackson held positions as Lead Engineering Associate and Engineering Associate, providing crucial technical support for a portfolio of zero-emission projects, conducting feasibility analyses, and mentoring junior staff. Jackson also has experience as Head Teaching Assistant at Thayer School of Engineering and as a National Science Foundation REU Recipient at the University of Oregon, focusing on energy modeling and climate-responsive design. Jackson earned a Bachelor of Arts in Engineering Science from Dartmouth College and a Bachelor of Engineering in Civil and Environmental Engineering from the Thayer School of Engineering at Dartmouth.
