Melody Hays currently serves as the Director of Learning and Faculty Development at the Center for Trauma Resilient Communities, a position held since August 2024. Prior to this role, Melody held the title of Director of Learning and Development at the Medical Affairs Professional Society from January 2022 to August 2024, where responsibilities included overseeing training for Medical Affairs professionals, aligning learning content with member needs, and ensuring compliance with accrediting bodies. Melody was also the CPD Learning and Development Manager at the Mountain Area Health Education Center from October 2015 to January 2022, focusing on curriculum and instructional development. Melody Hays earned a Master’s Degree in Speech Communication and Rhetoric from Miami University and a Bachelor’s Degree in Communication from Goshen College.
