Ada Welch currently serves as the Director of Planning and Evaluation at the Center for Urban Community Services, a position held since January 2022. Prior experience includes the role of Research Associate at the Research Foundation of The City University of New York, focused on data collection and program evaluation, as well as previous leadership at CUCS where responsibilities encompassed enhancing program effectiveness for vulnerable populations. Other notable positions include Senior Financial Analyst at the NYS Office of the State Comptroller, where extensive research and data analysis were conducted on economic issues, and consulting with Fiscal Management Associates. Ada Welch holds a Master of Public Administration from New York University and a Bachelor of Arts in Philosophy from The University of Texas at Austin.
