Elisabeth Supp

Elisabeth Supp, DNP, FNP-BC, currently serves as a Primary Care Provider at the Center for Urban Community Services since October 2022. Prior experience includes a role as a Board Certified Family Nurse Practitioner at 337 Lenox Medical Services, P.C., and as a Registered Nurse at Affiliated Physicians, where Elisabeth performed COVID-19 testing for the Department of Homeless Services and corporate entities in New York City. Elisabeth holds a Doctor of Nursing Practice and a Master of Science in Nursing from Columbia University, the latter obtained in 2019. Earlier in their career, Elisabeth worked in various capacities at HBO, including Programming Coordinator for documentary films, where Elisabeth facilitated communication between filmmakers and HBO, and as an Executive Assistant, providing administrative support to senior executives. Educational background includes a B.A. in History, Cinema Studies, and Psychology from Oberlin College.
