Kelsey Coulson possesses extensive experience in youth and family services, currently serving as a Case Manager at The Center for Youth and Family Solutions since July 2019, overseeing five programs within Youth, Family & Community Outreach Services. Previous roles include House Parent at LENAM INC, where Kelsey created a safe environment for eight teenagers coping with trauma, and various positions ranging from Assistant Personal Trainer at Planet Fitness to Nanny with Care.com. Kelsey began their career in customer service as Front Desk staff at Performance Health and Fitness and also gained coaching experience as an Assistant Volleyball Coach with Iowa Rockets Volleyball Club. Kelsey holds a Bachelor's Degree in Community Wellness from Bradley University, complemented by a strong foundation from Solon High School.
