Michelle Gaede has extensive experience in clinical services and therapy, currently serving as the Regional Clinical Services Supervisor and Clinical Supervisor at The Center for Youth and Family Solutions since March 2013. Michelle's expertise includes conducting intakes, assessments, treatment plans, and therapy for individuals, couples, and families. Prior to this role, Michelle worked as an academic advisor at Henry Ford Community College, supporting college students with test interpretation, registration, and course scheduling. Michelle also served as a therapist at Catholic Charities, providing assessments and therapy in a residential treatment facility, and held the position of residential counselor while serving in the United States Air Force as part of Security Forces. Michelle holds a Master's degree in Mental Health Counseling from Northwestern University and a Master's degree in Human Services with a focus on child and family studies from the University of Illinois Springfield, as well as a Bachelor's degree in Fine and Studio Arts from Illinois State University.
