Amanda Cournoyer has a strong background in administration and program management, currently serving as the Administrative & Facility Manager at Tri-Valley, Inc. since November 2021. Concurrently, Amanda has held various roles at the Center of Hope Foundation since 2010, with responsibilities ranging from Program Manager to Program Director and currently Program Administrator. Experience includes coordinating individualized schedules, creating life skills training curricula, and demonstrating critical thinking skills to adapt to changing needs. Amanda possesses some proficiency in American Sign Language and earned a Bachelor's degree in Nursing from the University of Massachusetts Amherst between 2002 and 2007.

The Center of Hope Foundation provides day habilitation programs, vocational skills training, employment placement, and in-home support for over 500 adults with Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities (I/DD). The Center has been a chapter of the National organization The Arc since 1956. Since 1986, the Center has created for profit and programmatic businesses to further train individuals for job placement in the community, as well as provide additional income to support non funded programs, such as sports & recreation, emergency relief, a food pantry, and holiday giving program. Vacation fun clubs and summer camps are available for children with disabilities as well, creating an inclusive experience. Our Mission is to provide people with disabilities and their families from different cultural and ethnic backgrounds with the resources, services and opportunities to be contributing members of their communities and to achieve the most fulfilling and meaningful lives possible.
