Erika Travinski

Chief Operating Officer at Center of Hope Foundation, Inc.

Erika Travinski has extensive work experience in various leadership roles. Erika started their career in 2003 as the Director of Day Programs for The Center of Hope Foundation. From 2009 to 2014, they served as the Director of Transitional Services at the Southern Worcester County Educational Collaborative. Since 2015, Erika has been with the Center of Hope Foundation, initially as the Assistant COO and currently as the Chief Operating Officer.

Erika Travinski has a strong educational background in vocational rehabilitation counseling/counselor. In 2012, they obtained their Master's degree in Vocational Rehabilitation Counseling/Counselor from Assumption University. Prior to that, from 2010 to 2012, they pursued a Certificate of Advanced Graduate Studies in the same field at the same university. Erika also holds additional certifications, including the McCarron Dial Comprehensive Evaluation System, which they obtained in September 2009. Erika is also a Certified Rehabilitation Counselor, awarded by the CRCC (Commission on Rehabilitation Counselor Certification) in September 2012.
