Matthew Lefevre

Matthew Lefevre has extensive experience in both business operations and developmental services. Currently serving as a New Business Associate II at Lincoln Financial Group since April 2014, Matthew facilitates the New Business lifecycle of various life products and provides specialized customer service while training new hires. Additionally, Matthew has been with the Center of Hope Foundation since September 2008, progressing from Program Manager to Senior Developmental Specialist, where responsibilities include managing staff, improving operational efficiency, and preparing quarterly reports. Earlier in their career, Matthew worked as an Assistant HV/AC Technician and Administrator at L & M Refrigeration, focusing on financial data analysis and troubleshooting service calls. Matthew holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from the University of Connecticut.
