Kathy Neary

Kathy Neary is a Strategic Innovation Officer at the Center of Workforce Innovations (CWI) and the Founder/CEO of Root Strategy LLC. Kathy has extensive experience in marketing, business development, and workforce development, having previously worked at Ivy Tech Community College in various leadership roles. Kathy has also worked as an Advanced English Coach at Rosetta Stone and held management positions at Valparaiso University and General Growth Properties. Kathy holds a Bachelor's degree in Spanish with a concentration in Nursing from Indiana University Bloomington.
