Peggy Bailey serves as the Executive Vice President for Policy and Program Development at the Center on Budget and Policy Priorities since July 2022, previously holding roles such as Vice President of Housing and Income Security and Vice President for Housing Policy at the same organization. Prior experience includes serving as Senior Advisor on Rental Assistance at the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development and as a member of the Biden-Harris Transition Team.
