Marie-Charlotte Colin

Marie-Charlotte Colin has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Marie-Charlotte began their career as a Consultant Associate at Korn Ferry in 2007 and worked there until 2009. Marie-Charlotte then held positions as an HR Generalist at AFAE Institut Médico-Educatif and as an HR Manager at PHOTON PLUS (Photovoltaïque) in 2010. In 2011, they worked as a Staffing Consultant at HAYS before transitioning to a role as a Senior Recruiter at Parrot from 2012 to 2016. Marie-Charlotte then joined LINKBYNET as a Recruitment and Training Manager from 2016 to 2019. Marie-Charlotte continued their career at Logista France where they served as the Head of Talent Acquisition from 2019 to 2022. Currently, Marie-Charlotte holds the position of Talent Acquisition Manager at Center Parcs, and as of February 2023, they will take on the role of Head of Talent Acquisition & Employer Branding Europe.

Marie-Charlotte Colin received a Master's degree in Management from EDHEC Business School from 2004 to 2007. Prior to that, they earned a 4-year degree in Law from Paris-Pantheon-Assas University between 2000 and 2004.
