Milco Kwant

Milco Kwant is an experienced professional with a diverse background in management and aquatic services. Since July 2003, Milco has held multiple roles at Center Parcs Zandvoort, currently serving as the Floormanager Sport & Cycle Center, overseeing guest activities and ensuring high-quality service. Milco's expertise includes managing Aqua Mundo operations, coordinating swimming lessons, and training teams. In addition to work at Center Parcs, Milco has been involved in local politics in Velsen as a support faction member of Sterk Velsen and previously as a council member for LGV. Milco's experience in the sports industry includes being part of the backstage crew for various Glory Kickboxing events from 2015 to 2020. Milco's educational background spans training in tourism management, physical resilience, and aquatic management, providing a solid foundation for a career dedicated to safety and service excellence in recreational environments.
