Victor Salon Solar has a varied work experience in the field of software development and IT management. Victor started their career in 2014 as a Software Engineer at NEURAL-IT, where they worked until 2015. In 2015, they joined BPO Outsourcing as an IT Director, where they stayed until 2016. In the same year, they also worked as a Senior Software Development Engineer at Universidad Metropolitana (CO) from November 2016 to February 2018. From 2013 to 2021, Victor worked at Advantage Consulting SAS as a Software Development Engineer. In 2016, they also joined BILATERAL as a Software Developer, a role they held until 2021. Currently, they are working as a Full-stack Developer at Center Source, Inc. Victor's work experience demonstrates their expertise in software development and IT management roles.

Victor Salon Solar completed their first degree in Ingeniero de sistemas (Systems Engineering) with a specialization in Tecnología de la información (Information Technology) from Universidad Nacional Abierta y a Distancia. Victor attended this institution from 2007 to 2012.
