Kyle Bacon currently serves as a Tier 2 Support Supervisor and Tier 2 Customer Support Analyst at Center since September 2023. Prior to this role, Kyle spent over a decade at Menards, advancing from a Team Member to an Assistant Transportation Manager/Jobsite Delivery Coordinator, where responsibilities included managing transportation operations and fostering relationships with staff and stakeholders. Kyle's management journey began as a Management Intern and Manager Trainee, gaining comprehensive experience in various departments of the Distribution Center. Earlier experiences include roles as a Line Specialist at Nestlé and a Sales Team Member at Target. Kyle holds a Bachelor of Arts in Organizational Communication and Economics from the University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire and an Associate of Arts and Sciences from the University of Wisconsin Colleges.
